Do I pay commissions or fees when I sell to you?
No. We are the buyer, not an agent, so there is no commission. We will spell out who pays which closing costs in the written offer.
What kinds of property do you buy?
Vacant land of nearly any size, and houses in any condition. Inherited property, land with back taxes, and property you have never even visited are all fine.
How does owner financing work for buyers?
On properties that offer it, you make a down payment and monthly payments directly, without going through a bank. Terms are listed with each property.
What is transactional funding?
Short-term money, often for a single day, that lets an investor close on a purchase immediately before reselling it to an end buyer. It is used for double closings when the end buyer's funds cannot be used for the first closing.
Where do you work?
Everywhere in the United States. We buy land and houses in any state, and closings are handled by a title company or closing attorney local to the property, so you can sell from wherever you live.
